nowhere, they received a request for a game from the “ROYAL
ACADEMY” (EMPIRE JR.HIGH), and are told that unless they are
triumphant the soccer team will be disbanded and shut down.

What will Mark do as team captain? This is a story about a struggling soccer team
that is facing elimination, which battles hard to grow into a team that
might just shake up the World!

Brand

The licensing strategy for Inazuma Eleven has begun with the positioning of the series in several TV channels in Spain, Italy, France and Portugal, in the same period of time, and a continuance of the series in these and new countries during the next 3 years.

For this long-duration license, they´re conducting integrated management in each business area, to maximize synergies between all lines of licensing, merchandising, television, video game, publishing, Internet and DVD, with the final goal to create the "Inazuma Brand" at an European level.

Alongside the official web of ownership, "www.inazumaeleven.tv" in several European languages, Inazuma Eleven also has an information dissemination campaign of the series that takes advantage of the new technologies, particularly social networks, creating its own Facebook fanpages, Twitter, Tuenti and YouTube, where its fans can find out all the latest news, participate in contests, and always be aware of the latest news both about the series and the entire user experience that surrounds it.

Its licensing program extends to a Pan-European level, led by the launch of the 1st game for Nintendo DS for this property, which was released to the market last January 2011 in several European countries, and has already reached a large number of units sold. The brand counts greatly in the Spanish, Portuguese and Italian market, with a clothing line, mugs and collectibles as well as key merchandise categories like back to school or trading cards regarded as one of the differentiated products of the brand which will be launched at the European level in the series at the same time as it begins broadcasting in different European countries.

Other products like toys, pvc figures, collectible stickers with album, stationery, balls, footwear, accessories for children, comics and editorial products, among others, are on the distributors shelves since September 2011, along with promotions for cakes, pastries and snacks, both in Italy and Spain.

In France, Inazuma Eleven licensed products will begin to be present for sale on the store shelves starting at the end of 2012.

Inazuma Eleven began airing in its home country, Japan, in October 2008. From its first episode viewership rates exceeded the ratings of other popular series in that country, which led to TV TOKYO to program it on Prime Time.

Merchandising
The "Inazuma Eleven" brand is strengthened by the optimization of synergies that arise between the different lines of licensing. Television, internet, publishing, video game, DVD and merchandising.

With respect to merchandising, there are over 400 references up to date in Japan and they are continuing to develop new products. The brand, whose strength lies in its theme-based global soccer, arrived in Europe to coincide with South Africa´s World Cup. The first European Countries to incorporate Inazuma Eleven´s related products were Spain and Italy due to the good position that the series already had with them.

Nowadays France is developing its Licensing Plan Promotions. Due to the success of the series “Inazuma Eleven”, Nutrexpa commits to Inazuma through a promotion with its product Phoskitos, which gives away an item that is related to the series as an added value to their product.

Toosfrit is also interested in the Inazuma´s license, inserting promotional items related to the series contained in the bags of chips. Inazuma Eleven reinforces the efforts of licensees complementing campaigns promoting their products through online communities of fans that keeps different social networks. Inazuma Eleven has fan pages with their own profiles on different social networks for each of the languages in which the series is broadcast throughout Europe with over 15,000 loyal followers to interact directly with the brand and licensed products and all a loyal community of fans who listens and thus detects trends.
