Victoria Vanguard "Tori"

Victoria Vanguard, also called Tori, is the daughter of the Minister of Inazuma city. Her great ability playing soccer is due to her daily practice with her father’s bodyguards.

She joins Raimon to rescue her father who had been kidnapped from the Alius Academy. After her father is free, she continues her fight against Alius Academy.

It appears she is in love with Mark but when Nelly asks her if she feels something for him she responds that he is a good friend of hers. However, she gives Mark a kiss on the check at the end of Darker Emperors game making Silvia and Nelly jealous. When she meets Harley it also looks like she might be interested in him as well.
