A surfer who appears on the islands of Agato, in which Raimon teaches soccer and learns the soccer play technique “Tsunami Boost”. He is 15 years old.

Raimon´s team met him at the beach while they were searching for a Forward Line (they thought it was Axel). While he was surfing, Raimon´s team was practicing and just by accident he saw the ball coming his way and kicked it with an incredible force, so the team decided to practice with him. In reality, Harley had never played soccer, but on several occasions had demonstrated his talent for the sport by demonstrating his skills. Not only he can keep up with Raimon´s pace but he is also capable of playing against Alius Academy; he has an easy going personality and loves surfing. He gets along well with Darren. Despite having an excellent ability as a Forward, he plays defense due to his specialty with long distance shots.
